About Ming Shun

A 25-Year PPE Factory Built Around Welding Protection

Guangdong Ming Shun Labour Protective Products Co., Ltd. — formerly Gaozhou Mingshun Labor Protection Products Co., Ltd. — operates from Pukang Industrial Park in Gaozhou City, Guangdong. Since day one we have worked on one problem: keeping welders, fabricators and industrial crews protected from heat, spatter, sparks and abrasion.

Because we control leather processing, dyeing, cutting and sewing under one roof, buyers get stable leather feel, color and performance from the first sample to the tenth repeat order. Our R&D, production and export teams work side by side, so technical questions are answered by people who actually build the product.

  • In-house leather & material control
  • Dedicated FR garment & leather PPE lines
  • 1,000+ employees on site
  • English-speaking export sales team

8 Controlled Steps Behind Every Welding Garment

Drag or scroll the timeline to follow a leather welding jacket from raw hide selection to export packaging.

  1. STEP 01
Selecting raw leather materials for welding PPE

    Raw Material Selection

Hides and FR fabrics are graded for thickness, surface quality and consistency before entering production.

  2. STEP 02
    In-house leather dyeing process

    In-House Dyeing

Dyeing on our own premises keeps color stable across repeat orders and brand color programs.

  3. STEP 03
Cutting leather panels for welding clothing

    Precision Cutting

Panels are cut to approved patterns and matched for grain and thickness within each garment.

  4. STEP 04
Sewing welding gear on dedicated production lines

    Sewing & Assembly

Dedicated lines assemble jackets, gloves and accessories, reinforcing seams at high-stress points.

  5. STEP 05
    Drilling and buttoning welding jackets

    Drilling & Buttoning

Snaps, rivets and closures are fitted and checked for secure fastening under working conditions.

  6. STEP 06
Pressing and ironing finished welding garments

    Pressing & Ironing

Finishing sets shape and presentation so garments arrive retail-ready for distributors.

  7. STEP 07
    Quality inspection of welding apparel

    Quality Inspection

Measurements, seams, stitching density and finish are inspected against the approved sample and spec sheet.

  8. STEP 08
    Packaging welding clothing for export

    Packaging & Export

Custom labels, polybags and carton marks are applied to your instructions before warehouse dispatch.
